What a cracking day to pour a slab 🌞
The @procrete.toowoomba boys worked in with the @scb_ig team to deliver this split let slab in Rangeville
Credit goes to @vhd_studio for this design, where they worked closely with the clients in a layout that would minimise the earthworks and external retaining required for this block, allowing the clients to spend their budget on the more enjoyable items through the specification.
Working with your block rather then against it is always something to strongly consider in your design, so you avoid spending unnecessary amounts of money on things that add no value into your home, like earthworks, retaining walls and extra foundations
